These Wellness sessions are available Monday to Friday between 4.00pm and 6.00pm (12 Noon - 6.00pm during School holidays and Study Leave) and Saturdays and Sundays between 12 Noon and 5.00pm, when anyone aged between 12 and 15 years old can book in to use the gym. Studio classes are available as per the timetable.

Our friendly staff will show you around the Cardiovascular and Resistance rooms during a two stage induction programme. Once these inductions have been completed you can come and use the Health and Wellness facilities at the stated times.
